Fortune Cat® Fire-retardant Fiberglass Fabric is made of ultra-fine glass fiber, using German technology and equipment, and undergoing multiple special and rigorous processes. Due to the high bond energy molecular structure of glass fiber, it has good thermal and chemical stability.
Ordinary alkali free glass fiber cloth can meet the requirements at a temperature of around 200 ℃. If the temperature is higher, choose high silicon fiber cloth, which can meet long-term use in environments around 500 ℃. If the temperature requirements are very strict, it is recommended to use high-temperature resistant glass fiber at this time. When conducting performance tests, the standard temperature is 1000 ℃ for 1 hour, and the fabric remains unchanged and does not appear in a glassy state. Due to its stable performance, it is often used as the inner lining of insulation sleeves, in direct contact with pipelines.
