Characteristics:

Characteristics:

Characteristics:

SiO2 is used as the opening agent, with a content of 6%. After special dispersion treatment, it has strong anti-adhesion and dispersibility, and can be evenly dispersed in the film, forming many fine and hard protrusions on the surface of the film, thereby reducing the contact area between the films and achieving the goal of reducing the friction coefficient of the film surface, making the film easy to open. At the same time, due to the presence of these protrusions, Make it easy for external air to enter between the two layers of film, avoiding the formation of a vacuum between the two layers of film that are bonded together, thereby preventing film adhesion. This masterbatch has advantages such as good high temperature resistance and solubility, and does not precipitate, decompose, and have good color during processing and use.

It is recommended to use silicon dioxide in the range of 700-1200ppm on the surface of the film, and determine the appropriate amount through testing to achieve both opening and controlling the haze within a reasonable range without affecting the winding process.

Characteristics:

During photodegradation, ultraviolet radiation causes the chemical bonds in PET polymers to be broken, ultimately leading to discoloration and a decrease in physical properties (such as tensile strength and elongation), commonly known as “aging”.

Fortune Cat^® Hydrolysis Resistant Masterbatch

Characteristics:

The high temperature, moisture, oxygen, and other factors present in nature can have a significant negative impact on the use of PET. Heat, water, and oxygen can cause hydrolysis of ester groups on the main chain of PET, leading to degradation of PET, decreased physical properties, and yellowing of color.

Fortune Cat^® Hydrolysis Resistant Masterbatch can block the active carboxyl groups generated by the hydrolysis of material molecular chains, prevent further hydrolysis reactions, and effectively suppress the mechanical performance degradation caused by hydrolysis, greatly extending the service life of the product. Fortune Cat^® Hydrolysis Resistant Masterbatch has good sealing performance, stable structure, good solubility, and does not affect transparency or introduce color stains during processing and use.

It is recommended to add 0.6% to the resin with high viscosity and low carboxylic acid (viscosity 0.76, carboxylic acid content 10ppm), which can reach 60h;

It is recommended to add 2.5% to the low viscosity and low carboxylic acid (viscosity 0.7, carboxylic acid content 12.5ppm) resin, which can reach 60h.
