Why is your price always so low?

Unlike other trading companies, the group company of Fortune Cat® has set up an ERP system, which links all the manufacturing departments and sales subsidiaries. The manufacturing department supplies goods at a tax-free cost price, while sales subsidiary sells on this basis with an additional 3% profit. Both parties share this net profit of 3% together. In this way, Fortune Cat®‘s sales volume was increased, thereby achieving long-term low-profit operation. At Fortune Cat®, all quotations are automatically generated by the ERP system, sales subsidiaries and sales personnel are not allowed to tamper with them.

What are your payment terms?

For in stock products, Fortune Cat® only accepts 100% T/T in advance payment, and ship the goods after we received full payment.

For made-to-order products, Fortune Cat® accepts 50% T/T payment before production and 50% T/T payment before shipment.

Fortune Cat® doesn’t accept any other credit terms, including L/C at sight.

With so many suppliers in China accepting credit terms, why should I cooperate with your company?

In fact, almost all our new customers have such doubts. Mutrual trust needs time to build. We fully understand your worry. Now our customer retention rate is almost 100%, and old customers are constantly introducing new customers to Fortune Cat®. Why is that?

Several years ago Fortune Cat® received an inquiry from Turkey. They wanted to buy 200000kg polyester fibers with L/C 360 days payment terms. Fortune Cat® refused. A company where my friend works accepted that order. The Turkish customer never made the payment. My friend’s company had been deceived. At year-end settlement of that year, their company’s profit was much higher than ours. Fortune Cat® is simply large in scale and had a profit margin of less than 3%, while theirs was as high as 18%.

The answer is simple: They made a lot more money from honorable businessmen! They are robbing honorable businesses to pay dishonest ones. Fortune Cat®‘s 100% T/T in advance payment terms built a barrier to protect those honorable businessmen.

No matter what products you buy from Fortune Cat®, you don’t need to bargain. Fortune Cat® always quotes you the lowest price we can get. You don’t need to worry about being deceived, nor buying it too expensive. All Fortune Cat®‘s prices are calculated by our ERP system. No employee can change the price. When the price of a product drops, the ERP system will remind the relevant salesperson to send a price reduction reminder e-mail to the customer. Regular customers often receive such e-mails.

Fortune Cat® is zero dispute with all clients. Last month, one of our fabric customers found some flaws on the surface of the fabric, they sent a video indicating fabric length with flaws. Fortune Cat® made a refund through our bank account abroad. They received it within 24 hours. Fortune Cat® has never received quality complaints about fiber or yarn products. For fabric product, Fortune Cat® usually makes up for it to the customer at the next shipment. Sometimes orders are seasonal. The customer’s next order may not be placed until the same time next year. In such cases, Fortune Cat® will directly refund the money. Fortune Cat® will never allow our customers to suffer any losses.

Fortune Cat® does R&D work for all customers for free. In April 2025, Fortune Cat® received an inquiry from a US client. They want to make a core-spun yarn with lyocell yarn as the core and wool as the wrap. Our engineers worked overtime and the test was successful in 24 hours. 48 hours later, Fortune Cat® received customer’s sample payment.

Fortune Cat® is doing our business in a more healthier way. Fortune Cat® never get involved in stocks, real estate or other investments. All the money earned from doing business will be invested in the same business. This leads to a large amount of cash flow in our accounts all year round. Doing business with Fortune Cat® is very safe. Some companies lost money in stocks by investing the money they received from customers. They can only use the money of new customers to make goods for old customers, robbing Peter to pay Paul. Until one day, there is a group of customers who never received any goods after making payment.

Fortune Cat® values our customers. Some peers ridiculed that our profit was less than 3%. Fortune Cat® believes customers have lifetime value.
